  • What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?

    EARLY CHECK IN:

    Subject to availability from 7:00 am. A 50% charge of the room rate will apply.


    EARLY DEPARTURE:

    If the guest departs early without notifying the hotel at least 48 hours in advance, a charge of 100% of the rate for one night's accommodation at the rack rate will be applied at check-out. However, if the early departure is due to a force majeure or an unavoidable circumstance that can be demonstrated, the 100% charge will not be applied.


    LATE CHECK OUT:

    Subject to availability. Between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., a 50% charge of one night's accommodation at the rack rate will apply. After 7:00 p.m., the full rack rate will be charged.

  • What is the minimum age to check in at the hotel?

    MINORS:

    If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the identification document(s) of the minor(s) (birth certificate) to prove the relationship. If the minor(s) is/are not traveling with their parents, you must provide, at the reception in addition to the minor’s identification document (birth certificate), a notarized permission from the parents, along with a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. If the parent(s) are foreign, an equivalent document must be presented. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed to enter the hotel. If the client does not present any of the required documents, the hotel reserves the right to deny entry to the person or persons in the group who do not provide the complete documentation. This is in accordance with Law 679 of 2001 for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its related regulations.

    To enter San Andrés it is necessary to acquire the tourist card at the airport before boarding the plane (airlines receive cash in Colombian pesos), please verify with the airline the value of the tourist card. Fill it out with the accommodation address information. This card will be required upon entering the island by the authorities

  • What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

    CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS: Guaranteed reservations that are not canceled or modified in writing at least 72 hours before the guest's arrival will be billed as a no-show, and a penalty equal to the total value of the reserved nights at the rate assigned in the reservation will be charged. 


    Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date will result in a full refund of the deposit paid, through the same method used by the client for the payment. 


    For refunds requested via bank transfer, any associated fees will be borne by the client.


    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the first night's accommodation.


    NON-REFUNDABLE RATES

    The hotel has charges for cancellations and modifications:

    - The reservation does not allow modifications.

    - In case of cancellation, the full stay will be charged.

    - In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.

    - Early departure will incur a charge for the full stay.

    - Prepayment: the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
